Marinade the chicken with ginger garlic paste, salt , green chilli and lemon juice
Boil the chopped palak with salt nd cloves of garlic . Paste it aftr boiling nd it comes to room temperature
Pour oil in the kadhai. Pour the boiled onion paste . When it starts dispersing oil pour the marinade chicken and the palak paste the cover with lid
When the complete chicken curry starts dispersing oil , put some salt according to taste and atleast some pinch of garam masala powder and cover nd let it cook for some more time
Now for PARATHA mix Atta, palak , methi , bathua and dhaniya leaves , grated carrot , salt , carrom seeds , haldi powder , oil and green chilli paste
Make a soft dough using Luke warm water
Take small portion from the dough nd roll it in circle in shape of roti
Apply lil ghee nd shallow fry the roti nd serve hot with the EVERGREEN MURG
